Bright Light

Many years ago when I was living with my parents, I was fast a sleep and somehow I was woken up by a bright light, my mind was awake but my body was going through a sleep paralysis, the thing is with this experience it was very calming, my eyes were shut but i knew there was a bright light as I could see it through my eye lids and it was moving around my bed. As i was speaking to myself in my mind and i remember saying this is different compared to the shadow man experience but I will pray just incase which I did. It was very calming and very peaceful, I was not afraid. Eventually my body woke up in a relaxing way at approximately two am in the morning. I then ran to my mother and woke her up and told her what I experienced.
